Shipping and Returns
TenthFloorDecor ships via UPS domestically, we do not currently ship internationally. We update our Facebook and Twitter accounts regularly with shipping updates during periods of heavy demand.
Returns are accepted up to 45 days after original purchase date for undamaged products.
In order to initiate a return, simply email support@tenthfloordecor.com for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the return shipping costs. Make sure the returned painting is carefully wrapped and please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost paintings coming back to our warehouse.
